October 28^th 2022, Shanghai Hytekocean Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Hytekocean") and Future Capsule (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Future Capsule") signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement. Hytekocean and Future Capsule will take advantages in their respective fields to jointly explore the markets of low-carbon movable building.

Professor Ray Chen, CEO of Hytekocean, and Mr. Junkai Zhao, CEO of Future Capsule, signed the Strategic Agreement on behalf of each party. Relevant leaders of both parties attended the signing ceremony.

According to the agreement, the two parties will cooperate in depth in the hydrogen living cabin series products. They plan to jointly promote no less than 3000 sets of hydrogen fuel living cabin products in the next three years, which will be used in nature tourism in remoted area.
