1. Carry out the mechanical design of each component of the stack through calculation, modeling and simulation; components include fixtures, frames, gas diffusion layers, gaskets, etc.;

2. Learn and master key design specifications, focusing on the design of high-pressure hydrogen containers and high-voltage and high-current equipment;

3. Collaborate with other teams to design and develop component material testing methods;

4. Communicate and cooperate with suppliers to provide parts design, material requirements, testing standards, etc.;         

5. Arranging and keeping design documents. Responsible for design review.

Qualifications

1. Familiar with the structural properties of common high-strength metals and inorganic polymer materials. Fixtures are designed according to material properties to meet different temperature and pressure design conditions. 

2. Proficient in using design software, UG, Solidworks, Creo, etc. 

3. Familiar with products and test suppliers in the industry.

4. Pay attention to details, work in an orderly manner, and organize documents neatly and tidy.

5. Good coordination and communication skills and sense of humor, independent work spirit and ability, like to discover and study problems. 

6. Strong internal drive, can work independently and actively.

1. Responsible for simulation analysis and optimization design of fuel cell system or system application scenarios, simulation verification of BOP key components; including simulation and optimization of structure, heat transfer, fluid, electrical, control logic and other fields;

2. Responsible for building simulation models, formulating optimal working point strategies, simulating and optimizing fuel cell systems or system application scenarios, and participating in the formulation of company system simulation standards and specifications;

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in fuel cell/automotive engineering/thermodynamics/fluid mechanics;

2. Responsible for the company's fuel cell stack related drawings, APQP document preparation and BOM management;

3. Responsible for the design and development of the company's fuel cell stack bipolar plate surface treatment technology;

4. Participate in the technical docking and technical support of the company's fuel cell stack-related suppliers;

5. Participate in the company's fuel cell stack related prototype manufacturing, design verification, first trial assembly, etc.;

Qualifications

1. Fresh graduate student or above in fuel cell professional background;

2. More than 2 years of experience in fuel cell stack development (normal temperature, low temperature start-up, etc.) is preferred, and a bachelor's degree is sufficient;

3. Proficient in using MATLAB/Simulink, Fluent/COMSOL and other modeling and simulation tools; have the ability to operate related instruments and equipment;

4. Able to independently read and understand English literature, and be able to conduct daily communication in English.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development of power supply and distribution system control strategies according to system and customer needs;

2. Responsible for the development and design of system control software and hardware, can cooperate with software (hardware) engineers or independently undertake control software development and hardware selection, and complete the development and upgrade of the control system according to the expected project objectives;

3. Responsible for communication with professional control system companies or customers, and design and adjust various software and hardware modules in the control system according to requirements;
